October '99 - New Baby Arrivals!!! Congratulations to TRACE Japan's Toshi Ego and his wife Ikuko on the birth of their daughter, Megumi. She was born on 20 September and joins brother Naoya as the second child for the Ego family. Congratulations to Luc Neyrinck (TRACE France), and Cathy Sebesi on the birth of their second child, Margaux who was born 30 September. Mom and baby are doing great and big sister Nina is already sharing her bottle with her new little sister. |

October '99 - Kara Wenman wins lead role in the musical production of Annie Kara Wenman (age 11), daughter of Russ Wenman (TRACE Biggin Hill) and Janice Howard, beat out 500 other hopefuls for the role of the young orphan in Annie, now touring the UK.
This is Kara's first main part in a professional production starring alongside singer Marti Webb, Lesley Joseph (Dorien in Birds of a Feather) and Lily Savage (Paul O'Grady), who will be taking turns to play Miss Hannigan. Kara has been attending Maggie Monk's School of Dancing in Chesham since she was only four. Her earlier credits include appearing in biannual shows put on by Maggie Monk, a part in one of Elgiva's
pantomimes, Cinderella and in the chorus for Oliver at the Wycombe Swan. Kara's first appearance in Annie was at the Plymouth Theatre Royal, August 20-25. Kara's upcoming tour dates are: |
