Royal Air Maroc B737-700/800 to have multi-mission capability TRACE Worldwide Corporation, leading specialists in aircraft completions, is to supply Royal Air Maroc with a VIP role change kit compatible with
both their B737-700 and –800 aircraft. The kit will provide a two or three-zone configuration. These comprise a dining area, office with private VIP lavatory and sleeping area with an optional lounge area. The
system has been designed so that the mounting provisions are consistent with both aircraft, thereby providing the customer with maximum flexibility without sacrificing either the VIP amenities or the usage of the aircraft for
standard passenger use. B/E Aerospace's General Aviation and VIP Products Group (BE / GAV) will be the primary manufacturer of the VIP components. TRACE will provide all the materials required to integrate
the kit to the basic airframes in support of the role change kit concept, together with the associated design, engineering, installation – including aircraft modifications – certification, training, documentation and product
support. The seats and divans will be mounted on lightweight aluminium pallets, while the rest of the interior fittings will be attached directly to the existing seat track and to extra structural provisions
designed and manufactured by TRACE. The work will be carried out under BCAR – E2 Design Approval and JAR – 21 Production Approval, at TRACE Aircraft Completions at London's Biggin Hill Airport. The
installation will be performed at Royal Air Maroc's facilities. TRACE and BE / GAV have teamed successfully on a number of VIP role change kits for special mission aircraft and anticipate further joint projects. B/E
