Established by professionals with solid backgrounds in aerospace engineering and international marketing, TRACE was founded to provide global representation for U.S. aerospace manufacturers. Today, TRACE is one of the premier representatives to the aviation industry. We earned this position by opening new markets and winning new export business for our manufacturing clients in traditional markets, generating significant sales to airlines and militaries worldwide and to every major airframe and engine production program since the mid 1980s.

With 14 offices and affiliates in major aviation markets worldwide, TRACE puts clients in the right place, with the right people, at the right time. TRACE partners and sales staff are generally nationals of the countries in which they work. They have extensive technical and international business backgrounds, and are thoroughly at home with the language, culture, business practices and political climates of their regions. Our established local presence, technical expertise and strong relationships with customers give TRACE an edge in identifying and gaining access to viable new export opportunities.

TRACE assists manufacturing clients by assessing market potential and timing, and forecasting market direction. We help identify viable applications for products and services, assess competitors and develop winning international strategies. We direct or support negotiations, provide engineering and contract liaison, and provide local support after sales. When local collaboration is appropriate, we assist clients in the development of joint ventures, technology transfers, technical assistance agreements or acquisitions.

From our founding in 1987, TRACE has generated in excess of $600 million in new export business on behalf of our clients.

Enhancing these strengths is TRACENET, a global electronic network using Lotus Notes Groupware linking TRACE offices, subsidiaries and affiliates with our clients providing a comprehensive database and communication system. Planned expansion of TRACENET will give clients direct, realtime electronic access to TRACE activity reports, files, databases and internal EMail systems.
