	Export Management and Distribution


	As a complement to our global representation business, TRACE established an export management and distribution operation to handle the complexities of international transactions for manufacturers seeking to expand revenues through exporting. While successful in many markets, our largest area of growth in export operations has been in Japan and Russia.


	With the support of loyal Japanese customers, TRACE formed a Japanese division dedicated to improving these valuable relationships. TRACE Japan is a Japanese trading company registered as a supplier to the Japanese Defense Agency and most Japanese prime contractors.


	In Russia, where critical components are often not available to support or upgrade Russian aircraft, TRACE Russia has developed several retrofit programs combining Western and Russian technology, and provides distribution through our Russian and European facilities.


	Our customers trust TRACE to be a reliable, responsive source for high quality aviation products and systems, to lower the costs of acquiring, managing, and using these products, and to provide support after purchase, worldwide.


	For our suppliers, TRACE offers a fast, efficient, cost-effective path to overseas customers otherwise difficult to access and support due to the high costs of international distribution operations, the intricacies of regulatory compliance, and the risks of foreign exchange transactions.
