Latitude - 330 50' 46" W / Longitude 1180 19" 23" N From LAX:
1. Exit LAX heading south on Sepulveda Blvd. toward El Segundo.
2. Continue south on Sepulveda - changes name to Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) - through Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach to Redondo Beach (about 10 miles).
3. In Redondo Beach note some cross streets have names of jewels (Diamond, Emerald etc.) then change to alphabet names, Ave A, B etc. after Knob Hill.
4. After passing Avenue I, the next major intersection will be Palos Verdes Blvd North. Turn right onto Palos Verdes Blvd.
5. Follow PVB approximately two miles until you enter Palos Verdes Estates. Bear right around a curve past a center island with U.S. Flags on display toward Palos Verdes Drive West.
6. As you pass the island move into the left turn lane to turn into the first street. That is Via Chico.
7.You will see a parking lot in a mall area with a fountain in the center. Pull int the lot and park.
8. Walk up the sidewalk on Via Chico go under the brick archway. You will see our building on your right with the number 421 by the front door.
From 405 Freeway Southbound:
1. Exit at Rosecrans Ave (west) toward Manhattan Beach.
2. Stay in left lane for left turn at railroad overpass on to Aviation Blvd.
3. Follow Aviation until it ends on PCH. Continue south on PCH to Redondo Beach (about five miles) following directions above starting at number 3.
From Northbound 405:
1. Exit Hawthorne heading south towards Torrance.
2. Follow to Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and turn right.
3. Turn left on Palos Verdes Blvd.
4. Continue from line 5 above.
Alternate from 405 Northbound:
1. Exit on to Harbor Fwy (110) heading south toward San Pedro.
2. Exit on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) heading west (right turn) toward Torrance/Redondo.
3. Follow PCH to Palos Verdes Blvd. and turn left.
4. Continue from line 5 above.
